Get your breath back, my child; you are spoiled today. It is our secret. Delight in the divine nectar, through you we have found a real gem and we offer you one in our turn. Rejoice for all the imposing things that are happening in the Mission; here we are happy. Our blessings are spread all over the Earth; you benefit from them greatly, you all who trust us. We are a big spiritual family where all goods are shared. There are within this family various functions and responsibilities, but all are equal; you should know this. Unlike on Earth, we are not in a hierarchical system. We consider all of you in the same way. Whatever your role, you have the same importance in our eyes.

"In this well organized structure, each one has one's place, neither more, nor less. Never think that you are forgotten and that we don't recognize the place you hold. To be a sincere associate, doing one's work heartily and as best as one can, is of prime importance for us. Any element, without distinction, contributes to the construction of the 'work'.
