Our remarks are not meant to arouse the curiosity of readers, but to make them become aware of a reality – which currently surpasses them – regarding the future of humanity. The hardness of the times must lead human beings to wonder about their own life and their attitude in many circumstances where they react too hastily, without considering the consequences of their comments and deeds. Self-control is a strength which many of our aspirants should practice; so many useless and unjustified comments are made about everything and nothing.

"The ability to keep a check on oneself is a sign of wisdom which we would like to see developing in our brothers and sisters. Are they aware of their excesses? Dedication to spirituality also entails being wary of one's comments; such can seriously harm them. May they reflect on this kind of behaviour and henceforth keep a check on themselves before making pronouncements that do not add anything good to their condition. Practice is essential, but all that surrounds it influences the results obtained. We wish our abhyasis to be strong and determined in their choices and actions, provided they do not hinder their progress.

"It is within themselves that peace can develop. It is a state likely to benefit all. Rancour and other human faults are exacerbated and also harm them. To follow a spiritual way requires one to be careful in the least details and to try to correct oneself.
