We want to confirm for you that the investment is good, in terms of the person you know of. He has been prepared for a long time. You felt it when you saw him in Augerans for the first time.

He and his partner form a couple that can serve us in the future, if they so wish.

If so, they will be called upon to do a lot for the Mission.

More time is needed before all this happens.

They are among the future good elements of the Mission, which we will need so much.

We will see how they evolve. There is no shortage of goodwill, but we will be more and more selective.

The future preceptors and persons in charge will have to meet a certain number of criteria and perform their functions with discernment.

In addition to a beautiful spiritual condition, they must have correct speech, intelligence of the heart, and the psychology needed to know how to listen to others.

All these qualities cannot be improvised. We will increasingly need to have the best. There are choices to be made to prepare the future of the Mission, by planning, as of now, for an adequate structure, with a strong team that will enhance its value.

You see, my daughter, the complexity of this venture. My son has a heavy responsibility; he acts with surprising strength.

He must put in place the whole system we just mentioned, to meet ever-growing needs.

All will be done in due time: it is written in the great book of humanity.
