My child, surrender must be an integral part of your life. Acceptance is the key word; without it all torments arise, making one's existence a misery. Our brothers must assimilate these principles, without which their spiritual quest would be hindered.

"All having its raison d'être, man cannot choose what he likes for himself and discard what he considers as being irrelevant. Wisdom is acquired over time; this capability fosters the blooming of the soul, which is then released from the heaviness of a world whose evolution is slowing down.

"The awakening of a soul is part of this process, extricating itself little by little from its gangue. It opens up to a spiritualised life in the dazzling brilliance of a force emanating from the Divine. Henceforth, nothing will stop this expansion. At its own pace, it will follow the way whose effects and causes cannot be prejudged by any incarnate being.

"The mystery remains on this aspect and that is fine; everything, in this world, is seen through a distorting mirror. The most erudite people fall for it. A spiritual Master limits the mistakes; hence the need for acting under a higher guidance, more particularly in this field where human laws are irrelevant.

"While confidence is being established between a Master and his disciple, the principle of evolution is put into motion under the most favourable conditions.
