Until the end of your life, try to grow within yourself this so rare flower that is love. Give it the entire place; the rest, as you know, is secondary. Dismiss any feelings opposed to it, thus you will leave your physical body merrily, not leaving behind it any regret. Making a success of one's life entails above all, putting oneself in harmony with divine powers. Social success and even honours are acceptable only on this condition. What would be the sense of this 'success,' if it had to infringe upon the laws governing the world of men? So many of those who illustrated it, in one way or the other, have mostly failed anyway. In these specific cases, pride is the worst obstacle possible; man being drawn into evils including believing he is superior.

"This superiority is so illusory: some of our brothers are taken in, considering an honorary position with envy and respect. Who is hiding behind the appearances of the human being concerned? Which invisible treasure does he possess? Is he different from his fellow men by a definite elevation? That is the real question, but undoubtedly, it cannot be answered: God only is knowing the secret of the hearts.

"Our brothers should avoid this kind of mistake. Each human being is respectable, insofar as he respects the others, as well as respecting human and divine laws. Loving one's fellow creature entails understanding the importance of the latter, without letting oneself be taken in by misleading appearances. Who is hiding behind the role to be played by each one here below? Nobody knows and it is well like that; God is great, His laws are rigorous and right."
