Times will come when you will have to rely only on yourselves in many circumstances of material life. You are going to experience great difficulties, especially in your countries, where you are accustomed to an easy life, even if you are not aware of it.

People are oppressed, unhappy in unacceptable deprivation compared to the wealth of industrialized countries.

It is time for the order of things to change. Living under the reign of abundance weakens beings. They do not know what it is to struggle for a piece of bread or a bowl of rice to live, or rather to survive and not to die of hunger.

You waste, you throw away, you do not even respect food anymore. It is your due!

Beware of such behaviour; one day you may have to wait for the bare minimum to feed yourselves.

Thank God for living in a land of plenty where some people waste their energy in defending backward-looking ideas that lead nowhere.

Evolve, there too, it is part of your program. Do not confine yourselves to your little self.

The whole of humanity is your family. You all have the duty to consider it as such and to act according to your means.

Be fully aware of this problem, you will advance.
