This teaching, coming from the world of the Spirit, has indeed a hidden side. A shrewd analysis was made of it by 'The Entity' in his portrayal of the impact these writings could have on sensitive hearts. More than one rephrasing and repetition of our remarks is necessary to touch the targeted readers. Little by little, they make their way into the hearts. We are observing their effects. Slowly, but surely, our comments guide and strengthen them.

"'Why these messages?' some of our brothers will say. 'Our way has plenty of books!' However, the messages are somewhat different from our other literature, at least in regard to inspiration. There is no possible unanimity on such an issue, even within our way, but it is our duty to shake up their way of seeing things. As far as we know, none of them has absolute knowledge.

"A sincere aspirant must approach spiritual teachings with the greatest humility; the most advanced has yet to learn everything. To be mistaken about one's capabilities is a serious handicap; admitting one's shortcomings is the beginning of wisdom. The path is long and difficult; an attitude of humility in the face of difficulties allows for overcoming them.

"Some of our aspirants, overwhelmed by excessive pride, get lost in the turmoil of their wanderings. We cannot avert everything and solve problems related to a personal equation embedded in their process. Certain lessons are necessary for the evolution of human beings. We must comply with them: 'everything has its raison d' être'."
