Forget the events of the day, soar above this world, and feel peace in your heart again. It is enough for you to push open the door of the secret garden, and to get carried away by the scents promised to your heart that is pining for us.
"You need a bit of dreaming today, to escape the surrounding grind. Is there any safer refuge than this blessed place? Revel in these fragrances coming to your heart burning with its appeal and unfailing devotion.
"Forget the raging elements, remain serene; calm will come after the storm. 'All is nothing, God is all', my child. Do not forget this image of the past; in many circumstances, it did reassure you.
"Horrible things caused by men are taking place in the world. They strike where they feel like, venting growing hatred and an increasingly unbearable violence. Should God calm them down with appalling cataclysms to resolve their endless conflicts? This is to be feared.
"Men kill shamelessly in His name, citing false reasons to appease their passions and sordid interests. This collective madness is intolerable. Measures will be required so that humanity can move to a higher stage of its evolution by expunging all forms of evil. Only drastic measures will have to be resorted to, to stop this ceaseless escalation, which men in their madness seem to wallow in. Let us continue to work so that humanity changes ... [in terms of] its evolution towards the good and the light, which many are yearning for in spite of everything. --Reflections
