To become incarnate implies getting involved in a way of life which no one can escape. The rules of this world must be complied with, and it is advisable to organize oneself according to these criteria.

"To include a spiritual process in this program is a matter of organization and goodwill. Most of our brothers and sisters manage all that very well. With years, the place devoted to this quest becomes greater; it becomes necessary for the heart of those who devote themselves to it. The resources of our way are varied and not all of them are exploited. The need for acting must develop by itself, we cannot force anyone: we only intend to meet the expressed needs. Time is at work. It refines the work carried out on both sides. The quivering of a heart, which wakes up to divine splendour, is an exquisite sight. It delights all those who work to this end, leading a heart to the highest point of its development.

"The Mission is endowed with a living Master; let us insist on this fundamental aspect. What he performs in this world is incomparable and we assist him in his heavy task, with our resources. This highly spiritualized work bears its fruits and provides to our way nice future prospects. Let all and each of us work with our own means for this great movement which is being designed by the new era of the dawning century."
