Man must advance, come hell or high water. Such is the law in this world. Life is not only sufferings and disillusions, it is also joy and hope. The heart must keep a sense of proportion and must not be involved too much in the inevitable turbulences of life. It must preserve its own life and maintain a high level of spirituality. The spiritual heart is the guard of the being, in its various aspects. It must maintain vigilance and integrity.
"Anchored in this world, the being gets food emanating from this heart, but it does not belong to that heart, since it is connected to a power that it cannot really identify. Man cannot easily understand these concepts. He is progressing in a field, which he thinks he has conquered, but in reality he has yet to discover everything. The scholar is not more advanced in this matter. Only his inner condition, centred on a high spirituality, can enlighten him as far as possible. Man tries to progress towards a goal which he really cannot define. Driven by a growing force, he is encouraged towards his accomplishment according to his level of evolution. This attraction can take place very slowly, but it acts according to the nature of things. Divine laws apply with full rigour that which characterizes them: that's how it is.
"Blessed be the man who believes in God and who venerates Him."
