Your gifts refine your perceptions in every respect, and your physical sufferings are thus more strongly felt. It is the great sacrifice entailed by this channelling, for which many envy you. The beauty of your heart opens out in another space; only the divine love maintains it and refines it. The spiritual heart is a jewel out of reach of the effects of time and physical miseries, which arise necessarily in one?s lifetime. Man's body is a kind of high precision mechanism, of which all its parts are interdependent, and which is therefore fragile on the whole. Modern medicine tends to ignore this aspect too much, by specialising excessively and rashly. The human being is a coherent whole; manifestations and causes are no longer very well understood. Referring most problems back to the psyche is very simplistic and is bound to lead to big errors in diagnosis. In the years to come, medicine will have to be seriously called into question, and it will have to try to penetrate some knowledge of the human body, hitherto ignored. The patient, often misunderstood, falls prey to addiction to drugs, dangerous for his balance. A great step remains to be taken in this field; the medical community, as a whole, is a little too imbued with their knowledge and their 'superiority' towards their patients. We have gone here beyond our usual matter, but the blooming of the spiritual being also requires this aspect of things."
