It is true that judgement should be banished from your minds. Dismiss the related thoughts; these are like weeds in your garden. They invade everything and spoil the beauty of the place. Try to be rigorous in this practice; no true spiritual way worthy of the name can be followed in a good condition if such loads hinder you. Be rigorous towards yourself if you really want to advance. 'This other Me' as coined by Paul, the disciple of Master Jesus, deserves all your required attention to alleviate your burden. Like him, you must fight to control tendencies deemed natural among humans – shall we say. To be capable of self-analysis, sufficiently clear and lucid, and being willing to correct some of one's own faults, is an indication of one's aspiration to strive towards perfection – a very commendable aspiration per se, which is worth encouraging. We can only encourage you to undertake this process. We all went through this personal process: grappling with difficulties of this kind, which we had to overcome. You should look at yourself lucidly and act; thus, you will simply serve your own cause."
