It is advisable for man to be vigilant. Most of the time, he cannot do anything but follow the movement of life as it is today. It is unsettling and puts the nervous systems of human beings to a severe test. Excesses of all sorts intensify and they [humans] are not equipped to face up to what is called progress. All, more or less, are weakened in the face of life, and some of them lose heart being unable to adapt. The problem will worsen and it will become increasingly real in tomorrow's society. Spirituality will be a way of salvation. You should be well aware of this situation, unprecedented in the history of civilisations. It is up to you to protect yourself and help your brothers facing problems whenever you have such an opportunity."
