My dear daughter, we understand your current difficulties which affect this work; we help you as much as possible. Our assistance to you all cannot be easily measured. It is enough for you to believe in us, and to know that you are not advancing alone on the way of life. Spirituality is a precious help; it informs you of the realities of an incarnation and allows you to understand why it is fraught with tests. The only means of escaping these initiatory cycles is to work for your evolution, to reach higher levels. You can accelerate the movement by practising seriously.

"You have chosen a way that enables you to do very beneficial work to that end, with the support of your Masters; therefore, you should not waste time."
