Try to keep to a fixed time for your meditations. It will create some automatisms. Be vigilant in the future. Regularity in the practice is essential, as is exactness when one reaches a certain level of evolution. If, as a scribe, you wish to be totally receptive, take all of this into account. You yourself will notice the effects of such a system. We do not want to impose rules on you at all costs; we have never done so, but we feel that this new arrangement suits you very well.

The Medium: You know, Babuji, I wish with all my soul for only one thing: to serve you.

That's good, my child, we know, we are going to do good work. You are passing a milestone, which must be reflected in your sadhana as well as our contacts.

There too you must stop questioning yourself all the time: evolve. You have not entered religious orders, but the divine order. You know that everything in the universe is regulated with the greatest precision. Whim has no place in such a program; advancing, you must gradually integrate into it. Be firm when you request that the instructions relating to the messages be followed. To hear our request correctly is to respect us; so do not disregard this any more.
