Fear is man's enemy. It paralyses him in his way of thinking and acting. He must try to not be under its influence, it does not spare him anything and does nothing but reduce his resistance. The strongest of them have their own weaknesses. It is in circumstances of fear that surrender must be exercised. It takes a lot of training to succeed in acquiring self-control; once achieved it provides a feeling of peace. Man is grappling with contradictory feelings.

"Throughout his life he must fight to control himself. If he does manage, he is then wise and can tame his old demons to turn them into a force that will protect him until the end. Trying to control oneself is praiseworthy; each point earned is a victory over oneself. There are many circumstances where this force can be applied. By keeping his composure, he keeps all his capacity of action.

"Man is sometimes confronted with situations where it is better to be lucid. The current situation makes fear grow in the world. This is due to the murderous rage of humans; it paralyses more and more the opposing camps which will emerge defeated from this pitiful confrontation."
