Meditate, immerse yourself in the light; it is the remedy for all evils. Dive into this ocean of peace and love, where human constraints and baseness do not exist. When you can really taste this unadulterated joy, you will have found paradise. Make efforts to reach this shore; it's worth it.

"What more can we tell you, my child, except repeating time and again that you should unite and gather in faith. You focus on the failings of your brothers, who do the same. You waste your energy in reinforcing the faults of others, when you have yet to deal with yours. You should know that you see in the other person your own wrong aspect. Think well of this behaviour, you poison your own life by seeing only the negative aspects in your fellow creatures.

"Beat your breast; remain in utmost humility toward yourself. It is the starting point of every true and sincere sadhana. You cannot really advance until this bad habit is 'eradicated'. Then, the way will be luminous. You will see only the good aspects in the other person and this will reflect on you. You will be able to 'love' truly; love cannot burden itself with such hindrances. Think of what your life will become while advancing in this beautiful way. You will make great strides and your heart will be light, happy.

"Watch your comments, which can be dangerous. They can also do good. This exercise requires attention in the beginning, but you will be happy with the outcome. The spiritual path is a self-fight aimed to attain harmony. Your purity of heart must be reflected in all your acts."
