You could not have a better example of surrender, humanity and faith than your favourite saint [St. Theresa of Lisieux]. In the springtime of your life, she burst into your heart forever. Her teaching suited you; her devoutness was in line with the then prevailing family and religious context, but her mind was universal, which appealed to you. Your heart already aspired to great spaces where divine love can bloom with complete freedom and radiate unrestrainedly, escaping restrictive dogmas. It was calling the infinite, powerful and exciting love which elevates above the baseness of this world. Her purity of heart captivated you. She had a strong influence on you and your souls remained united in divine harmony.

"Each great soul has its own specific mission; hers was to touch hearts by the simplicity of her own path. She did win an impressive number of souls who were searching: such was her action and her influence, which is being perpetuated.
